Kyo Shoji
Producer / Director
Born in Tokyo, Japan. During her school days, she often worked as a VJ (Video Jockey) for clubs.
She dove into multiple job experiences, from working as a bartender to video production, before she joined Gazebo Film.
She approaches film production with great vigor, from directing to producing, shooting, to drone operating. She has a hungry spirit to keep trying new things under the motto, “Try anything and everything”
Her most impactful experience was working as a main cameraman for a baseball documentary film. Following the team for a full year, recording the real faces and true feelings of the players for the big screen.
As a child, she attended a karate dojo, and in her 20s played the flute in an Irish band.
Recently, she enjoys cooking, baking, and other hobbies that make use of her larger-than-usual hands.
